Q: What are the rules regarding the fuel level upon delivery?

Generally, kos4all.com follows 2 different fuel policies: Full/Full means that you receive and have to return the car with a full tank of gas. You will be charged for any missing fuel. Same/Same means that you need to return the car with the same amount of fuel in the tank as at the time of pick-up. No refund is being made for unused fuel.

Fantastic airport transfer from Kos airport to Kardamena. On arrival, after collecting our cases, the driver was waiting outside the terminal with my name on a board for our private transfer. Our return was equally efficient with the driver ready before our scheduled pick up time at our hotel. I booked this service directly on Kos4all tours website and this was the first time I'd used them. All really straightforward and I was charged in euros, so made sure I used a credit card with no foreign currency fees. This was much cheaper than other private transfers I've previously booked from other UK based providers, so I definitely will be using these guys again and recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely brilliant service, I booked as we were travelling with two toddlers and the experience was excellent. Gentleman was waiting as we landed, very polite, greeted with an immaculate Mercedes 7 seater with 2 x toddler car seats, give cold water which was a god send, and the air conditioned journey was very pleasant. Would highly recommend and we will never travel any other way for transfers in future.
